I understand your point on the apology. It should get the government to discuss why they're apologizing. What I didn't agree with was the Congressional Black Caucus being against it b/c "did not authorize or support claims against the United States and did not serve as any settlement against the United States". They wanted reparations to be included or this wording excluded. How would they issue reparations to black in america now?

I'm pretty sure that Ray Allen makes the HOF.

I'm good on the apologies. I think that they should make a national holiday for Juneteenth or some other appropriate memorial.

Also, yes Kobe is the man, I'm a girl but also a big basketball fan.
